The Employment Equity Coalition is a collaborative initiative comprised of individuals with disabilities, and partners dedicated to increasing equitable workforce opportunities, decreasing poverty, and removing barriers for people with disabilities in Monroe County.
We believe that through education, collaboration, and advocacy, we can create a community where people with any disability have equal opportunities to secure employment.
